A weird fact is that if I hover over the Zomboid icon on the bottom of my seconded monitor I can see the main menu of the game. I found that the best way to fix it was to take it out of full screen and go into windowed. If you lower the resolution it would disappear. It does not affect anything in the game except the main menu. #1. Can you try doing a full reinstall? First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
